Sometimes you just want to publish a post to the site without it being sent as an email or it becoming an alert. This allows the content to be searchable and tagged to the specific topics in the future but doesn't have it show up in "Recent Alerts" or have to have it get sent to anybody via email.

To do this, you first start off by creating a project post in the specific project. Select Add Project Post from the Posts menu.

This will open the Edit Post page where you can add your Title, the Description, and any Source and URL for that source. When done click the Next Step: Add Analysis button.

This will save the post description and open the Analysis drawer as shown below.

Start by selecting any topics that you want the post to be tagged to. Then add any analysis as needed in the analysis text box. Finally in the Email Alert dropdown click on the arrow and select None. This cancels the Alert. Click Save to save your draft.

Once it is saved, you need to click the 3 dots "..." at the upper right of the post and select Edit Post.

This will open the Edit Post page again as a regular post and you can select Save & Publish Post.

You post will now be saved and published as a post but not sent as an alert and will not show up in the Recent Alerts page on the site.
