Editing or Deleting Notes

This article helps users that want to review, edit or delete existing notes for conference presentations.

Once you or your team have started to enter notes or upload images for the conference, you may want to go back to review the details of the notes, edit them down, or even delete notes that are no longer needed.

To do this, you can start at the conference homepage looking at the presentation that you want to edit. You should see the number of notes in a small circle above the +Notes button.

Instead of clicking on +Notes to create a note, click on the title of the presentation.

This will bring you to the presentation detail page. It should show you the full content, but if not, click the expand arrow in the upper right of the presentation.

Once you can see the notes and images, you can click on the note that you want to edit and you will be able to Edit or Delete that note.

Please Note: Depending your your permissions, you may only be able to edit and delete your own notes. If you need to edit or delete a different users notes and do not have permission, please contact your admin, or email [email protected] for additional assistance.
