One of the most used features of inVision is the dynamic drug database. Within this database, drugs are documented and can be used to create visuals such as Landscapes, Timelines, Bullseyes, Catalyst Calendars, and PowerPoint Datatables.

Two of the most common visual types are Landscapes and Timelines which are explored below.

Accessing the Project Visuals

To access the project visuals, users can hover over the "Drugs" tab and click "Manage Visuals"

Here, users will access the complete list of visuals in the project. If there are a high amount of visuals, it may be best to use the search bar at the top of the list to search for indication or visual type.

Landscapes

To access a landscape, users should click on the name of the landscape they would like to view.

This will access the landscape which can be downloaded to PNG or PPT files using the buttons at the bottom of the page.

The phases can be filtered using the menu to the top right of the landscape.

By hovering over a drug name, users can access a tool-box with more information about the drug. At the top of the box is the drug name that can be clicked to link to the drug landing page containing further information.

Timelines

To access a timeline, users should click on the name of the timeline they would like to view.

This will access the timeline which can be downloaded to PNG or PPT files using the buttons at the bottom of the page.

By hovering over a symbol on the timeline, users can access a tool-box with more information about the plotted event.

Downloading a Visual

When a user clicks the button to export a visual, a box will appear confirming the download. By clicking "Submit", the user will receive an email with the download file. In addition, the file will appear in the user's "Downloads" menu in inVision.

To access the downloads menu, users can open the Settings tab and select "My Downloads".

This will access a list of downloads for each user and allows them to download or delete files.
