If you do not remember your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the inVision login screen.
Now, you will be asked to enter your email address. If your email address is associated with an inVision account, you will receive an email with a password reset link.
If you do not receive an email or need further assistance, contact support with the email address provided.
Unfortunately, after multiple failed login attempts our system will lock your account for one hour. Fortunately, we will also send you an email notifying you that your account has been locked which allows you to unlock it. By clicking "Unlock my account" you will be able to login as normal.
When you are on the login screen it should say, "Your account has been unlocked successfully" at the top of the screen. It is likely that your password is not what you though it was so it is probably best to click "Forgot your password?" at the bottom of the login box.
By clicking this, you will be asked to submit your email address. Next, we will send you an email which allows you to change your password. When you click "Change my password" the link will take you to the change password screen where you can create a new password.
After creating your new password you can login with no issues.
