By default, inVision will show each conference schedule in the conference time zone. However, you may prefer to view the schedule in a local time zone. This can easily be done from the conference home page.

Located on the conference home page in the upper right corner is a link for changing time zones. Click on it for a drop down menu.

Upon changing the time zone, the page will refresh and the times will now appear in the designated time zone. If the change in time zone is large, you may see a +1 day or -1 day.

When you export to pdf, you can choose which time zones to print. All editing in conference posts will be in the original conference time.
