I would like to promise that you never see an error when using inVision, but I know that can't be done. Here are some errors you may see from time to time and how to resolve them.

“file giCH0KeWTIKpzGlEZIDV policy error: the signature has expired”

This error can happen if you have left a page open with links to files such as conference photos or documents. The links presented on the page are only valid for 15 minutes, and if you leave the page open for longer than that, they can expire. Just refresh the page, or navigate away and back, and the links should work again.

The page you were looking for doesn't exist.

If you see this error, you may have been given an invalid link, or the post/document that you are trying to reach no longer exists. If you think the link should be valid, please email us at [email protected], and tell us what link you were trying to access.
