We have noticed that with the latest round of iPhones and iPads, more people are using the super high resolution settings in their phones such as ProRaw formats. While these can help capture great quality images they are not compatible with other phones and platforms. If these images are uploaded to inVision as a conference photo, they will not be viewable on Windows machines and many older phones.

To avoid this issue we recommend making sure that you have set your iPhone to turn off ProRaw capture and select the “Most Compatible" option.

You can get to this by selecting Settings > Camera > Formats.
